INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can request us to give you Online Store Credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of your original purchase.

  • You can return your purchase and utilize the same amount of money (minus shipping costs) for a later purchase from our website.
  • Email us at help@saadiaasad.com and with your request and your Order ID, and we will guide you through the process.
  • Please make sure that you email us your request within 15 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 15 days.
  • Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
  • We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
    • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
    • If the wrong item was delivered
    • If promotional free shipping is being offered

    In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

  • Alternately, you can simply go to any Noor by Saadia Asad store and purchase something else for the same amount. (Don’t forget to take your receipt).
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Also, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at help@saadiaasad.com. Please read our FAQ Section for more details.

Disclaimer:Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels especially need to be intact.
