In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can request us to give you Online Store Credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of your original purchase.
- You can return your purchase and utilize the same amount of money (minus shipping costs) for a later purchase from our website.
- Email us at email@example.com and with your request and your Order ID, and we will guide you through the process.
- Please make sure that you email us your request within 15 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 15 days.
- Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
- We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer
- If the wrong item was delivered
- If promotional free shipping is being offered
In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
- Alternately, you can simply go to any offline store and purchase something else for the same amount. (Don't forget to take your receipt).
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Also, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please read our FAQ Section for more details.
